LOTS OF BROWNIES





Some of the recipes that have done :

SUPER FUDGE BROWNIES (DYANN)

1 cup of butter
6 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanila
4 eggs
1/2 cup of all-purpose folour
1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Method ;

1. Melt butter & chocolate and let cool
2. Mixed butter with sugar, add to cold chocolate mixture
3. Add flour, lastly chocolate chip or nuts.
4. Bake in 8"x 8" square pan until done

CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES (Forgotten who's recipes...)

Brownie base :

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanila
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Topping :

3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup chocolate chip
1/4 walnut

Method :

1. Melt butter, let cool. Add cocoa powder, sugar and eggs, mixed well.
2. Lastly add flour, pour in 8" x 8" pan. Bake 1/2 done.
3. Pour topping and bake until done.

Orange Mocha Brownies (rinchan)
* cakey kind of brownies

1 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 tbls coffee powder
1 1/2 cups of caster sugar
250 gm butter, thawed
4 eggs
1 tsp vanila
1 orange juice (1/2 cup)
1 cup of dark chocolate chips

Method:

1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except orange juice, and chocolate chips.
2. Add the orange juice.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips
4. Pour in baking tray duely lined.
5. Bake for about 25 min. @ 170 C

Suzanne' Best Brownies
*bit too coco powder taste

10 table spoons unsalted butter (1 1/4 sticks)
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 tbls unsweetened cocoa powde
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup of pecan or walnut
1 tsp vanila

1. Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and salt in medium proof bowl and double boiled until all melt. Let cool.
2. Stir in the vanila, eggs one at a time. Stir vigorously after each egg. Once the batter looks thick and shine, add the flour. Put nuts
3. Bake for 20 - 25 min. until a toothpick plunged into the center emerges slightly moist with batter. Take out and let cool.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES

14 tablespoon of butter = 220 gm butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cup of sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanila
1/2 cup of flour
1 pinch of slat
1 cup of walnut.

Method :
1. Melt butter, chocolate let cool.
2. Add sugar, egg mixed well. Lastly put flour and nuts.
3. Pour in pan and bake for 30 minutes

YUMMY CHEWY BROWNIES
* very chewy, not too sweet.

115 gm of butter
4 oz of unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups of sugar = 210 gm
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tsp of vanila
2 large eggs
2 tbs cocoa powder

Method :
1. Melt butter, chocolate let cool.
2. Add sugar, egg mixed well. Lastly put flour.
3. Pour in pan 8 x 8 and bake for 37 minutes in 350 degree until toothpick in the center have some moist crumbs.
